What Are You Grateful For?

Gratitude is such a beautiful companion when things feel hard.

Happy Thanksgiving!

As we get into the holiday season, gratitude is top of mind for me (and my Instagram feed). Gratitude is a practice that I hold near and dear: for years now, I’ve been starting my day by listing at least three things I feel grateful for – yesterday I listed snuggles with my family, living by the woods, and my patients.

I was recently listening to a podcast (Aspire with Emma Grede) and one of the guests challenged us to take gratitude off of the page and out into the world by letting the people (or things or animals!) that we are grateful for know what an impact they are having on us!

So I’m putting that into action: I am so grateful for you! I’m honored to be a part of your health and wellness journey. Things are not easy right now in the country and in the world. The holidays can be a joyful but stressful time that often brings up difficult emotions like grief. Gratitude is such a beautiful companion when things feel hard.

I want to know - what are you grateful for this season? Declare your gratitude out loud!

With love,
Caylin
