Big News: You Can Now Schedule a Visit In Person

Empathetic, evidenced based care for your whole person, now in person when you need it.

I have exciting news! I’ve hinted at it here and there over the last few weeks, but I wanted to make it official: I am now seeing patients in-person on Wednesdays in Seattle!

First of all, don’t worry: I’ll still be offering convenient virtual care across Washington – nothing is changing there. But I always knew that I wanted to offer the chance to meet in person when perhaps telehealth doesn’t quite give us all the tools we need for your care.

Here’s What to Know

As for the nuts and bolts, I’m now taking appointments for in-person visits every Wednesday in the Leschi neighborhood in Seattle, near beautiful Lake Washington. There’s free two-hour parking about half of a block from the office, and it’s also accessible by bus. When you make an appointment, I’ll make sure you have the exact address!

I want to make sure to emphasize this: This might feel kind of formal, but it will be the same type of care you’re used to getting from me: Care that feels personal. Care that creates safety. Care that doesn’t separate your body from your story. In fact, there’s no receptionist, no medical assistant – it will be just you and me, working together on your health journey just like we would virtually.

But we’ll have more tools for the moments we need them! In this new office space, we’ll have everything we need for:

  • Your yearly wellness exams;

  • Portable EKGs to check out your heart;

  • Rapid flu, strep, and COVID tests;

  • Procedures that require me to look closely at your ears, throat, skin, etc.;

  • And more!

Thank you, as ever, for trusting me with your care! I am most looking forward to the chance to connect with many of you face-to-face for the first time. If you have any questions about the new location, the services I can offer you there, or scheduling your next visit, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I’m also hoping to make this a really cozy, inviting space that doesn’t feel overly clinical. So if you have any ideas, I’m all ears!
